Lena Voss
Editor-in-ChiefLena Voss runs the Atlas desk and owns the consolidation beat. She spent six years on a freight forwarder's customer-service floor in Hamburg before moving into cross-border e-commerce logistics writing, and she has been weighing parcels professionally since 2012. She started the Atlas shipment log as a private spreadsheet in 2018 and turned it into a public desk in 2021. At the bench she handles the consolidation tickets, the volumetric-weight maths and the final score sheet.

How I test
Lena builds a two-shipment comparison for every consolidation review: one parcel kept separate, one consolidated, both weighed at intake, after packing and on arrival. She photographs the carton interior before sealing and records the carrier's stated cut-off next to the actual first scan. She signs off the weighted score only after the arrival timestamps are in.
