She spent six years on a freight forwarder's customer-service floor in Hamburg before moving into cross-border e-commerce logistics writing, and she has been weighing parcels professionally since 2012. She started the Atlas shipment log as a private spreadsheet in 2018 and turned it into a public desk in 2021.
